While at KMM Telecommunications, Wayne served as Vice President of Sales delivering supply chain solutions for the communications and global logistics markets. Under his leadership, the team secured $100M+ contracts with top broadband carriers such as Verizon and AT&T. Before KMM, he was Managing Director at L3Harris Technologies, where he led sales in the professional communications market, delivering 310% growth during his sales leadership while closing $125M+ in large-scale contracts.

Wayne’s expertise extends into global sales leadership at top-tier organizations, including Honeywell International, Hewlett-Packard, Agilent Technologies, and startup company Optigo Networks. At Honeywell, he led global sales operations for the Tridium software group, growing software revenue to over $100M in five years. While at HP, he played a pivotal role in expanding his organizational revenue from $1.3B to over $2.1B.

Beyond corporate leadership, Wayne is an advisor and angel investor in several technology startups, offering strategic guidance on scaling sales, market expansion, and digital transformation. He holds an MBA from Wilfrid Laurier University, a BAS from York University, and an Engineering Technologist degree from Toronto Metropolitan University.
